These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tya365 ("tya365", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tya365 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, features, and promotions (collectively, the "Platform").

tya365 reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, source of funds documentation, or any other verification material at any point during your relationship with the Platform. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension pending compliance review.

Each eligible individual may open one (1) tya365 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, or a shared payment method — is strictly prohibited. tya365 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all accounts found to be in breach of this rule.

When registering your tya365 account, you agree to:

tya365 will not accept liability for any losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing their login credentials with a third party. Account security is the Player's responsibility. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.

All financial transactions on tya365 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). tya365 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available channels may vary and are subject to change at tya365's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. tya365 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players who have a fully verified tya365 account in good standing.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

All games available on the tya365 Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, poker, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before participating.

tya365 ensures fair play through the following mechanisms:

• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity or in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Engaging in chargebacks or attempting to reverse completed deposit transactions through your payment provider while retaining wagered or withdrawn funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tya365 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including — but not limited to — loss of gaming funds due to technical error, loss of data, loss of profits, or any interruption of service.

• The Platform will be available at all times or be free from interruption, errors, or defects.
• Any particular game outcome, odds, or result is guaranteed or predictable.
• The Platform is free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components, though tya365 takes all commercially reasonable steps to maintain Platform security.

Where tya365's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your tya365 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits tya365's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

tya365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering for a tya365 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

You and tya365 irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings.
